(1) Phenomenon: Charging shows ZERO V while feedback is correct.

(a): The damage output is probably too high, please test the 358 pin 7 with weak 12V, it can be confirmed that 358 is damaged if the  voltage is greater than 2 V.

(b): The comparator board, used for controlling the charging and discharging of the power supply,  is damaged.

(2) Phenomenon: Short circuit on power.

(a):Rectifier bridge is damaged.

(b): There is instruments damaged between the 12V conversion power supply (AC-DC module) and

the comparison board.
